- Regular registration includes access to all Scientific Sessions, Conference Materials, Coffee Breaks, Welcome Reception, and Gala Dinner.
- Student registration includes the same benefits except the Gala Dinner, which can be purchased separately (200,000 KRW for domestic participants / 150 USD for international participants).
- Accompanying person registration includes participation in the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner only.
- Early-bird registration closes on April 15, 2026.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat by e-mail (office@iscre29.org).
- Refunds will be processed according to the following rate:
If you request a refund before April 15, 2026, you will receive a 100% refund.
If you request a refund after April 16, 2026, there will be no refund. - Confirmed refunds will be paid after the conference ends.
